Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for plant pods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products. Please note that opened or planted seed pods cannot be returned due to their perishable nature.
Do you offer a warranty on the hardware?
Yes, all our smart gardens come with a 2-year limited warranty covering any manufacturing defects in the lighting or irrigation systems.

How do I ensure my plants are getting enough light?
Our smart gardens are equipped with automated LED grow lights designed to provide the optimal spectrum. Simply plug in your garden and the timer will manage the light cycle for you.
Can I use my own seeds in the Click & Grow system?
While our system is optimized for our pre-seeded pods, you can use our 'Experimental Pods' which contain a special soil mix designed to work with your own seeds.
